Cancellation & Late Policy To keep appointments running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, please review the following policies: ✨ Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may require a cancellation fee or deposit before rebooking. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ✨ Late Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. If you arrive excessively late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the remaining service time. This helps ensure the quality of your service and avoids delays for other clients. ✨ Deposits Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. ✨ Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment, please avoid bringing extra guests unless approved beforehand.
